Research has found that practicing gratitude can have not just a positive mental impact on us, but can also result in lower stress, reduced pain, and improved immune systems.
Gratitude is a habit that we must ingrain in ourselves. It can take time and there may be setbacks along the way, but try to be as consistent as possible. The more you practice, the bigger that muscle will become and the more of a habit thankfulness will become.
