Along the way, we lost sleep, we pressed paused on our everyday routines, and we experienced stress at record-high levels. All the above can lead to changes in our bodies too. Marry that with a toxic diet culture and suddenly we're met with an additional worry—body image—on top of it all.
What This Means For You Our bodies are forever changing, and weight gain or loss isn't inherently good or bad. Focus on what your body can do, practice verbal self-love, and nourish yourself with healthy foods and movements that bring you joy.
At the same time, weed out channels and thoughts that may feed into negative thinking and hinder you from doing the above. Instead, surround yourself with positivity.
