There's often a lot of talk about "lifestyle design" where people share how they work from the beach with their laptops as they travel the world feeling free and happy.
That might work well for some people, but certainly not everyone.
Some people prefer the security of a steady paycheck over the freedom of being an entrepreneur. Other people want to buy a house because having a permanent place to live gives them psychological freedom. Others want to travel the world and explore without being "tied down."
The point is, there's a lifestyle out there that is conducive to helping you become the strongest and best version of yourself. And it's important to take the steps to figure out what that life looks like for you.
For me personally, living my best life involved moving onto a sailboat in the Florida Keys. But this lifestyle doesn't suit most people.
Today, I share how to figure out what type of lifestyle works best for you. Changing your lifestyle might be as simple as adopting a few new habits or redecorating a space in your home. It doesn't need to be a major overhaul.
But looking at your life similar to the way you might approach a book can help you figure out what you want your life to look like.
