Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday, simply because it's all about the food. Sometimes, though, what we've eaten gets the blame for our most recent breakout.

What's the real deal? Does what we eat affect our skin? Let's take a look at a few of the most common scapegoats.

Carbohydrates
You may want to hold the rolls and stuffing during your Thanksgiving feast. Some researchers think carbs may trigger breakouts.

Fried Food
Instead of carbs, it's usually fried foods that get the blame. Greasy food makes greasy skin, right? Maybe not.

I have a reason for chocoholics to rejoice. You don't have to avoid those chocolatey holiday treats!

Milk and Dairy Products
And you definitely can't eat a piece of chocolate cake without a glass of milk. But maybe we should eat the chocolate and skip the milk.
