What Is Body Acne?
Body acne is just as common as facial acne, and it can be just as frustrating too. Here's what you need to know to understand those body breakouts.

What Is Acne Mechanica?
It's the sweat and friction (say from helmets, pads, and other gear) that really ramps up breakouts during your sports season. These types of breakouts even have a special name: acne mechanica.

Treating Body Acne
Either way, you can treat those body breakouts. First, make sure to shower as soon as you can after sweating. Second, start using an acne medication to treat body acne.
